White is identity, judgement, perfectionism, the superego-her power can manipulate, and remove, a Gem's identity. She is small, but being small doesn't mean she is less powerful than the other Diamonds, as Peridot says in Too Far: "You can do everything a normal quartz can do." It's the fact that the power dynamic is unequal what causes the impression that she is weaker than the other Diamonds, but they're actually factually equal in terms of what they can do physically, and not only they can but must complement each other. The reason she is at the bottom is just literally because her psyche and emotional needs are constantly being undermined.
